My aim is to bring my love and enthusiasm for yoga to you. My classes are friendly and welcoming, helping you to let go of the stresses and strains of everyday life while toning your body and relaxing your mind.
Yoga can mean different things to different people. For you, maybe it's an exercise class, or you come along to keep a friend company, or to meet people, or maybe it’s to relax and make time for yourself, to stretch, to reduce stress, or for many it’s to gain flexibility. All these intentions are valid and welcome in my class.
