Online sessionsMy aim is to bring my love and enthusiasm for yoga to you. My classes are friendly and welcoming, helping you to let go of the stresses and strains of everyday life while toning your body and relaxing your mind.
Yoga can mean different things to different people. For you, maybe it's an exercise class, or you come along to keep a friend company, or to meet people, or maybe it’s to relax and make time for yourself, to stretch, to reduce stress, or for many it’s to gain flexibility. All these intentions are valid and welcome in my class.
With all face-to-face classes currently on hold, here’s my schedule for online classes, all live via zoom. These classes are £5 a class. Please contact me for more information

Vinyasa flow class linking breath and movement together. My classes have a theme including a mix of meditation, pranayama, asana and relaxation
One-to-one sessions customised for you are perfect for those looking to gain confidence outside of a class environment or looking for a focused practice. Available as a one-off, or regular sessions.
I have been to many different classes over the years, but this is the only one I keep coming to and noticing a difference in my strength and endurance. Jackie varies her classes each week working on different areas of the body. They are stretching classes, but she helps all abilities by showing different poses depending on your bend ability.
I have been attending Jackie’s yoga for over 10 years and don’t plan on stopping! Her classes are well paced and varied, with poses differentiated to challenge the individual abilities of the class. Her regular workshops allow you to build on your practice with extended poses and balances.
I have been taking Jackie’s classes for over a year and thoroughly enjoy them. I can feel positive benefits from the classes and it helps with my stretching and relaxation. Jackie is knowledgeable, motivating and very encouraging and even though people are at different levels the classes are suitable for all.
