Online sessionsMy aim is to bring my love and enthusiasm for yoga to you. My classes are friendly and welcoming, helping you to let go of the stresses and strains of everyday life while toning your body and relaxing your mind.
Yoga can mean different things to different people. For you, maybe it's an exercise class, or you come along to keep a friend company, or to meet people, or maybe it’s to relax and make time for yourself, to stretch, to reduce stress, or for many it’s to gain flexibility. All these intentions are valid and welcome in my class.
With all face-to-face classes currently on hold, here’s my schedule for online classes, all live via zoom. These classes are £5 a class. Please contact me for more information

Vinyasa flow class linking breath and movement together. My classes have a theme including a mix of meditation, pranayama, asana and relaxation
One-to-one sessions customised for you are perfect for those looking to gain confidence outside of a class environment or looking for a focused practice. Available as a one-off, or regular sessions.
I personally take a lot from Jackie’s classes that she evidently takes a lot of time to prepare, and that is demonstrated in the excellent structure, both in weekly classes and even more in the tremendous workshops where we are all able to explore more than a normal class.
Jackie’s classes are planned with care, explanations and demonstrations are clear with modifications given to suit all students. I find the sessions help me to stretch and relax but also build strength. Her classes always offer an element of challenge which I really enjoy.
I have been to many different classes over the years, but this is the only one I keep coming to and noticing a difference in my strength and endurance. Jackie varies her classes each week working on different areas of the body. They are stretching classes, but she helps all abilities by showing different poses depending on your bend ability.
